We operate the equipment for 20-30 minutes to ensure the equipment operates properly under a load. Used equipment conditions vary, so we strongly advise you communicate directly with us about the item you are interested in. This allows us the opportunity to describe the equipment in detail, answer any questions you have, and ensure you are getting what you expect. We provide pictures and a video for each item, but will be happy to provide any additional photos you may need. PAYMENTS We accept the follwing forms of payment: Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, Cash, All e Bay forms of Payment. RETURN POLICY We understand that issues may arise after you recieve and begin to operate the purchased equipment. We offer a 14 day return policy with a refund of the equipment purchase price. We DO NOT refund any shipping expenses Kurtz Trading or the Customer incures for the transportation of the equipment. It is the BUYERS responsiblity to return the equipment prior to receiving the refund. SHIPPING Shipping is NOT included in the purchase price. Kurtz Trading will be happy to provide a shipping quote. Purchases general will shipped within 2 weeks from the date the equipment is paid in full. We are in PA. If you are in CA it might take a little longer. SALES TAX Kurtz Trading is required to collect Sales Tax in States listed below. How Sales Tax will be calculated is based on a couple factors, but if you live in one of these States please be prepared to pay Sales Tax.
