KOOL SHADES Dual Cassette Boombox Radio 20" long ~ Purple, Pink and Green ~ READ This auction is for a used but good overall condition Kool Shades model KS-1228 boombox that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. Everything works but the radio is far from perfect!! The AM and FM tunes in stations fine and the FM Stereo light works fine as well. I tested the left cassette tape player and it started to play fast so I ejected the tape and the 1 spindle stayed stuck inside my test tape and I saw a spring loose inside. I tested the other tape player on the right and that one too played fast. I tried FF and RW and another tape as well but it still played fast. The overall size is 20" across.
