LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

GS-09 Level Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience performing work that involves applying analytical and evaluative supply chain and logistics management methods, techniques, processes, procedures, and tools to enhance the availability of materials and supplies equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1.) Performing logistics/supply support duties for assigned systems/equipment to include allowancing, provisioning, configuration management, procurement, or supply planning; 2.) Analyzing and interpreting logistics data, policies, directives, and operating procedures to adopt new concepts, methods and practices for logistics planning; 3.) Recommending improvements to existing and planned logistics support/supply programs and processes to improve efficiency in logistics management operation and ensure policy compliance; 4.) Participating in meetings, projects, studies and debriefings to assist in formulating plans, schedules and supply support programs. GS-07 Level:

1.) Participating in supply support planning throughout the life cycle of the system/equipment/platform; 2.) Utilizing supply systems or related databases, including Navy ERP, to retrieve and input data in support of assigned equipment/systems/platforms; 3.) Analyzing data to identify elements required for logistics support systems or products and provide functional and technical input to reviews and studies of logistics processes; 4.) Preparing and delivering oral and written reports to present specific program problems and provide recommendations to resolve those problems. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
