PROGRAM ANALYST

GS- 11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Applying a wide range of audit, inspection, investigation and compliance principles, concepts, and practices to develop new approaches, methods, and practices in fact finding, gathering data and analysis techniques; 2. Utilizing a knowledge of policies and processes pertaining to audits and inspections performed by internal and external organizations; 3. Coordinating, executing, and analyzing inspection and management reports and audits, perform trend analysis, and develop statistical data; 4. Utilizing oral and written communication to present ideas, recommendations, and reports in dealing with senior military and civilian personnel; 5. Utilizing interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, persuasiveness, and mediation and negotiating skills; 6. Coordinating audit, inspection and hotline actions for management follow-up or implementation. GS-12:

Independently coordinating, executing, and analyzing inspection and management reports and audits, perform trend analysis, and develop statistical data; 4. Utilizing superior oral and written communication to present ideas, recommendations, and reports in dealing with senior military and civilian personnel; 5. Utilizing superior interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, persuasiveness, and mediation and negotiating skills; 6. Leading collaboration efforts with internal and external employees related to audit liaison, inspection and hotline functions; 7. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
