SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following:
1) Interpreting and applying commonly used financial regulations and local policies, practices, methods, procedures, and precedents sufficient to function effectively in Enterprise Resource Planning/Systems Applications and Products (ERP/SAP) or similar financial systems; 2)Performing research, analysis and interpretation of data in a variety of financial/supply databases and make recommendations/perform corrective actions; 3) Researching Intermediate Documents (IDOCs) and the impact of those records on financial/supply data as related to Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV), Stock In-Transit (SIT) and invalid inventories; 4) Utilizing special methods and techniques to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Navy ERP; 5) Providing advice, guidance and assistance to personnel on procedures or processes related to financial /supply program management and business requirements; 6)Utilizing automated systems and programs within Navy ERP to provide information, reports and services on financial/supply system analysis and design techniques; 7) Developing solid working relationship with internal and external shareholders to ensure that inventory accuracy goals are followed.
