SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience performing work that involves the supervision and management of administrative work of a fiscal, financial management, accounting or budgetary nature equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1.) Developing and recommending budgetary and financial policies for major operating and support programs within an organization; 2) Analyzing financial metrics and data related to the status of funds and the propriety of obligations; 3) Preparing and delivering briefs on financial and budgetary data to upper management; 4) Providing strategic guidance on financial and workforce management requirements to subordinate personnel; 5) Coordinating the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks; and 6) Conducting management evaluation of financial issues raised in audit reports and budget reviews and recommending alternative solutions. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
