Warehouse Supervisor Manager

The position is responsible for:
o Directing the operational aspects of the facility supervising approximately 60 Teammates
o Planning, monitoring and managing actual performance against operational portions of the budget; this includes, but is not limited to, proper management of departmental staffing levels, overtime and overall operational headcount
o Assuring the attainment of facility production, quality and safety objectives
o Verifying the accuracy of required production and inventory reports
o Coordinating and conforming with the operational aspects of Core Excellence Program and auditing regularly to ensure full compliance
o Knowing and evaluating operational productivity goals, monitor daily and ensure goals are achieved on all shifts
o Leading operational initiatives to ensure inventory accuracy goals are met
o Ensuring shipment and loading accuracy
o Providing assistance to the Facility Manager on special projects as required
The successful candidate will have:
o A BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
o At least five (5) years of management/supervisory experience, preferably in a large, high volume logistics environment
o Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) technology
o Previous experience developing and implementing performance metrics
o Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and teammates
o Demonstrated leadership qualities
o Prior P&L exposure a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
