Responsibilities and qualifications include:
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
General office work including but not limited to answering telephones and greeting clients as they enter the office.
Proficient personal computer & secretary skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, remain organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Be accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
