The incumbent will also provide administrative support for the Board of Directors and general office duties.
Responsibilities and Duties The following is a summary of the main responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant with additional duties being assigned through as business needs present:
Provides administrative support for the President/CEO.
Coordinates schedules and appointments.
Manages expense reports and expense approval processes.
Assists with correspondence, training/appointment schedules, filing, and updating forms as necessary.
Facilitates written business communications, including but not limited to professional letters, professional email messages, memos, and informational messages directed to staff, members, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
Provides as the administrative point of contact for Board members.
Coordinates company related meetings, including but not limited to Board meetings, and related events including scheduling meeting rooms, coordinating food and beverage for meetings, and any other details of these meetings.
Manages travel arrangements for staff or Board members as needed.
Documents, distributes, updates, and maintains the Board meeting notes/minutes for the official record.
Manages member documentation on UniqueSource's document repository platforms.
Facilitates and manages event communications, including invitations, registrations and attendee management.
Provides support for headquarter location operation including accommodating visitors, manages courier deliveries, and supports company events.
Supports business process coordination.
Contributes to special projects or efforts as needed.
Manages electronic and paper filing.
Creates and manages information, data and reports.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
Preferred Education and Experience Experience supporting business operations, management or as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Background working with state or federal offices and understanding communications through those offices.
Experience working directly with Boards and Board Directors.
Experience authoring business documents (memos, meeting minutes, announcements).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the general public with a calm and professional demeanor, pleasant and clear tone of voice, and follow through with their requests.
Strong business writing and oral communication skills.
Strong organization skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail on instructions from team members or partners including taking messages, filing requests, and other administrative requests.
Demonstrate ability to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Demonstrate excellent time management and meet deadlines.
Ability to Answer phone, email, and online inquires in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to protect and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
