Summary:
Assists with day-to-day functions of payroll, HR, and advisor services as well as serving as back-up on specified roles for Director of Advisor Services and Office & HR Manager.
Essential Functions (assisting Director of Advisor Services):
Process NRFs Process Reassignments Process Intern Contracts & IXP Act as Administrator on ExamFX Assist with licensing Process reimbursements for licenses Process trail default reports Maintain advisor records in the CRM Onboard/offboard agent contracts (backup role) Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Director of Advisor Services Essential Functions (assisting Office & HR Manager):
Act as TimeForce point of contact - responsible for setting up new users/terminating users and ensuring that associates receive the correct accruals or lump sums of PTO at the beginning of each calendar year Acquire signatures as needed for paperwork regarding employee changes (pay, agent splits, bonuses, etc.
) Ensure all yearly lists and forms are up-to-date and distributed Process semi-monthly hours and charges for payroll processing Process brokerage override checks and maintain deals Process brokerage deposits for 10thand 25th cycles Serve as point of contact for storage files sent to/retrieved from Iron Mountain Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Office & HR Manager Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
