Job Description The Operations Specialist:
Operations & Sales Data Analyst is a detailed professional with a laser focus on projects, service and sales.
This means working with Lead Technicians, PMs, sellers, internal support teams, customers and subcontractors.
This role is a career path start to step into a Project Manager, Purchasing, Sales, or Technical Services role in the future.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with others to accomplish tasks, have strong communication and organizational skills and be technologically savvy as the majority of this job is within a comprehensive software platform.
Qualifications Ability to think critically Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills Customer focused with assertive, self-confident personality Superior planning skills, ability to prioritize workload in complex work environment Ability to build collaborative relationships Willingness and dedication to learn about the security industry Technologically proficient- able to operate within a comprehensive software platform for many of the job duties Additional Information JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES/COMPETENCIES:
Ensure information is maintained in Q360 regarding project schedules:
materials and labor, service calls, service contracts, sales opportunities and quotes.
These tasks are accomplished by using the dashboards When discrepancies are found go to individuals involved to fix/adjust Create and pull daily/weekly/monthly reports on all department and individual KPI's Managed inside sales clients Support all design and estimating activities as needed Pull submittals and perform all project closeouts Foster positive customer experiences through contacts on phone, email, MS Teams or in-person meetings Provides required accurate data, in a timely manner Support senior project manager, sales professionals, design team and Accounts Director as requested Manage and continually track progress of assigned projects, work orders, and SSAs Complete all required reports for select customers Updates job knowledge often Backup for all other Operations Coordinator positions Answers phones as part of the primary answering group Assist with physical inventory when taken Assist Safety Program Director with program to maintain safety focus across the company every day
Benefits:
Salaried Position Bi-Weekly pay period PTO Health, Vision and Dental Insurance.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
