Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager and Estimator in all phases and aspects of the project Provide support to field staff Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings Distribute all short interval and overall project schedules.
Ensure subcontractors have the most up to date scopes of work.
Assist PM in the development of the overall project schedule.
Review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path items.
Ability to work in a team environment Manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and meet deadlines Set up jobs in ERP System Equipment Entry and Factory startup information in ERP System Manage submittal process for equipment and materials used on projects Collect and organize project close outs documents Archive jobs Process certificate of Insurance, subcontract agreements, external and internal Process close out documents Assist PM with project cost analysis and projections Make material procurement decisions, and cut PO's Manage PO process from start to finish Receive packing slips and process accordingly Approve invoices based on PO's cut Manage returned material and reimbursements with vendors Skills:

Equivalent technical school or work experience 5 years of experience in the electrical field Experience in Windows, Word, Excel required Criminal background check required for hire English language skill Knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of electrical construction projects.
