Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them properly Scheduling (Will need to learn scheduling software) Marketing (mass mailings, mail stuffers, etc.
) Data Entry Perform other clerical duties such as, filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, etc.
Additional duties will be discussed during the training process Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant or similar Computer and multiline phone system experience is helpful Experience using Microsoft Office Software Experience using QuickBooks Software Organizational skills Ability to multi task and work under pressure Solid written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Dependability Job Type:
