The District has Full Time Educational Assistants and Life Skills Para Professionals available.
Candidate must have at least a H.
S.
Diploma or GED; starting wage of $17.
30 for Educational Assistants and $18.
05 for Life Skills Para Professionals.
Personal knowledge and work experience with school aged children and children with cognitive, physical and behavioral disabilities is required.
Previously trained in de-escalation and crisis management techniques with related job experience in applying these techniques with students is highly preferred.
Experience and working knowledge supporting program delivery for students with disabilities in a public school system is highly desired.
However, training will be provided.
Candidates should be sensitive to students from a variety of cultures, and have patience with students trying to learn a second language.
Bilingual ability is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
