Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and guidance to students in various activities such as soccer, basketball, flag football, and T-ball.
-Implement lesson plans that align with the goals and objectives of the program.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes and activities.
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and rules for each activity.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate activities and events.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in a sports setting.
- Knowledge or experience in Flag Football, Soccer, T-Ball and Basketball.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach proper techniques for various activities.
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons and manage student progress.
- Patience and the ability to effectively manage behavior in a youth sports environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to climb stairs or perform physical activities as required.
