This position is responsible for providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3
years of experience in IT Support or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment with diverse backgrounds and perspectives Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Linux (Ubuntu) or other Linux-based operating systems (Fedora) preferred but not required.
